The Campus Coordinator - Creekside helps members live out their faith in acts of service to and with members of the Creekside Campus. This role works in collaboration with central staff and in alignment with The Woodlands Methodist Church’s mission to reach people for Jesus Christ, disciple them in faith, and help those in need.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Coordinate Sunday Morning and Special Worship Services

  • Oversee Sunday Morning volunteer teams: greeters, ushers, communion, and connection point
  • Report weekly attendance.
  • Assist in weekly worship planning, coordinating with volunteers for set-up.
  • Plan baptisms and communion ensuring supplies are stocked and volunteers are available.
  • Recruit and train volunteers for counting team, communion, and memorial team.

Coordinate Program Ministries

  • Liaison with multiple teams and contacts for various needs for regular services and special events.
  • Promote and collaborate in planning campus events throughout the year; serve as project manager in execution of events.
  • Collaborate with Pastor to recruit ministry volunteer coordinators (e.g., women’s, men’s, 55+, etc.)
  • Support volunteer coordinators e.g., assist with creating registrations, designing facility set-ups, sourcing/ordering supplies.
  • Maintain worship bulletin.

Coordinate Prayer and Care Ministries

  • Assist Pastor with coordinating memorial services.

Manage Business Operations

  • Coordinate monthly review of campus/ministry budget reports.
  • Serve as emergency contact for Creekside.
  • Provide tours and campus information for outside inquiries regarding rentals; direct serious inquiries to Dana Spencer in Facilities to handle agreements and bookings.
  • Order office/kitchen/building supplies.
  • Coordinate hiring/recruiting volunteer “host” for campus-sponsored events/activities to provide hospitality and secure facility.
  • Coordinate planning ministry events with staff and lead volunteers.

Maintain Campus Membership

  • Oversee the Membership Journey, serving as the primary coordinator for Welcome 101 and Welcome 201 classes, ensuring new members are warmly received, equipped, and connected to the life of the church.
  • Plan, coordinate, and facilitate Welcome 101 and 201 classes in partnership with the Lead Pastor, managing registration, communications, materials, and follow-up for participants.
  • Track prospective and new members through the membership pathway, ensuring timely communication and a clear next step at each stage.
  • Maintain member and visitor database.

Serve as Administrative Support to the Campus Pastor

  • Partner closely with the Lead Pastor to help implement the vision and strategic priorities of the church, serving as an organizational extension of pastoral leadership.
  • Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and coordination of pastoral initiatives, ensuring that vision-level projects move from concept to execution with clarity and consistency.
  • Anticipate administrative needs of the Lead Pastor and proactively manage details, deadlines, and follow-through across ministry areas.
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive information related to staff, members, and church operations.

The Caring and Prayer Ministry Assistant provides administrative support for the congregational care ministry of a large membership, multi-campus church with specific emphasis on Pastoral Care and Prayer Ministry. This role works in collaboration with central staff and in alignment with The Woodlands Methodist Church’s mission to reach people for Jesus Christ, disciple them in faith, and help those in need.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Create a culture where volunteers love to serve by recruiting, coaching, equipping, and empowering a full team of volunteer leaders for Caring Ministry.
  • Communicate neatly and concisely via phone, email, and text to serve the congregation in scheduling appointments.
  • Assist those in need by referring them to an outside organization, one of TWMCs Pastors, or a counseling center.

The Facilities Technician will monitor the campus for building maintenance items, safety issues, prohibited or concerning behavior of persons throughout the campus, respond to emergency situations to minimize risk and/or loss to buildings, property or persons. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Provide a safe environment for staff and visitors of TWMC. This includes:

  • Provide a safe environment for staff and visitors to The Woodlands Methodist Church
  • Coordinate with external contractors, vendors, and other departments to schedule repairs and maintenance services.
  • Monitors, maintains, and performs standard repairs to building electrical facilities and systems; assists licensed electricians with non-technical repairs as appropriate.
  • Monitors performance of heating, ventilation, and cooling systems for the facility; performs standard repair/replacement of components, as appropriate, and non-technical maintenance tasks such as cleaning of heating and cooling fan coil units and adjustment of system controls.

Summary:

The Media Tech will work alongside their fellow techs to provide technical services to church ministry clients and guests. This position is integrated into a team where participation in all events and tasks will be expected as assigned, however, there will be heavy emphasis on campus support for all campuses of The Woodlands Methodist Church. This role works in collaboration with central staff and in alignment with The Woodlands Methodist Church’s mission to reach people for Jesus Christ, disciple them in faith, and help those in need.

Essential Functions:

  • Work with the Scheduling Manager to support ministry events on church campuses.
  • Operate an audio console during services each week.
  • Transport and perform AVL system setup on a weekly basis.
  • Thoroughly check AVL systems for any needed maintenance or programming changes.
  • Personally perform basic maintenance needs such as troubleshooting audio/video signal flow. Follow industry safety standards in all situations such as working at heights and rigging of AVL gear.
  • Maintain equipment inventory in multiple locations that requires diligence in proper storage, purchasing, and communication of additional needs to your supervisor.
  • Perform duties that fall outside of the audio category such as running lighting or graphics for a worship service, building video screens, or assisting in a scenic construction project when requested.

Ministry Assistance

  • Support team members and volunteers, cultivate relationships with supported partner ministries, and meet with them, as necessary. Maintain First-Time visitor bags and new member bags. Seek volunteers to prepare and serve communion. Process reimbursement requests and ACH forms. Attend ministry meetings, staff meetings, and other training as required.

Facility

  • Manage requests and assignments for meeting rooms and coordinate with the Facilities team to ensure rooms are ready for meetings and events. Process facility rental contracts. Provide facility booking schedules to DTK staff and volunteer property team weekly. Maintain Connection Point materials and electronic marquee. Submit maintenance requests and follow up with the Facilities team. Maintain master key cabinet, request/provide keys, badges, and codes to ministry leads. Schedule and oversee volunteer receptionists. Monitor pantry and coffee supplies and handle orders for replacement.

Computer

  • Update ROCK database (weekly worship attendance, group attendance as needed, maintain membership records, etc.). Provide administrative assistance with computer work, copies, distribution, and correspondence. Prepare First-time visitor report and present to Pastor and Serve Coordinator weekly. Send emails to visitors on behalf of the Pastor. Use Canva to design nametags, flyers, and internal signage. Monitor website, bulletins and monitor slides for accuracy and relevance.

The Woodlands Methodist Church is seeking a Social Media Manager to execute and manage day-to-day content across all social media platforms. This role focuses on creating, editing, and publishing engaging digital content that extends the impact of Sunday services and churchwide initiatives throughout the week.

Working under the direction of the Content and Marketing Director, this role translates ministry moments into compelling short-form video, photography, and social content that connects with audiences across platforms.


ROLE PURPOSE

This role exists to:

  • Execute the church’s social media content strategy
  • Create and publish platform-native content across social channels

  • Capture and share real-time content, especially on Sundays

The TWMS part-time Elementary School PE Teacher is responsible for developing the foundational physical literacy, motor skills, and health awareness of PreK and Kindergarten students. The Woodlands Methodist Church (TWMC) is seeking a Videographer / Photographer to join the Video Team. This role is responsible for capturing and creating compelling visual content—from filming and photography to editing and delivery—that supports our mission, brand, and communication strategy.


ROLE PURPOSE

This role exists to:

  • Capture high-quality video and photography assets across ministry environments
  • Support the Video and Social Media teams through efficient editing and media delivery


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Content Capture

  • Capture high-quality video and photography for social media, worship services, ministry events, campaigns, and storytelling initiatives
  • Execute shoots based on direction from the Video Production Manager, including shot lists, creative briefs, and timelines
  • Ensure excellence in lighting, audio capture, framing, and composition
  • Capture both planned and spontaneous moments for immediate and future use

Editing

  • Edit a range of video content including:
    • Social Content (Reels, Stories, Shorts)
    • Sermon Clips
    • Event recaps
    • Ministry announcements
    • Testimonies and story-driven content
  • Perform basic photo editing as needed
  • Apply light color correction, audio cleanup, and simple graphics/templates
  • Prepare content in platform-appropriate formats in collaboration with the Social Media team

Production

  • Assist with setup and breakdown of production equipment (lighting, audio, cameras)
  • Collaborate with the Video Production Manager during shoots for efficient execution
  • Support multi-camera production and multi-asset capture when required

Asset Management

  • Organize, label, and upload all captured media using established workflows
  • Maintain consistent file structure and asset organization
  • Ensure footage is properly archived for Sunday services and events
  • Prepare assets for video and social teams

Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Video and Social Media team
  • Contribute creative ideas while collaborating within established creative direction
  • Adapt quickly to changing production needs and timelines


ROLE OWNERSHIP

  • Content capture (video + photography quality and consistency)
  • Editing support for video and social teams based on the direction of the Video Production Manager


QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of videography and/or photography experience
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating both video and photo work
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom)
  • Ability to execute both filming and basic editing tasks efficiently
  • Understanding of social-first content and fast turnaround workflows
  • Strong grasp of lighting, composition, and storytelling fundamentals
  • Experience in live-event and/or studio environments
  • Strong organizational and media management skills
  • Associate’s degree or higher in a related field preferred
  • Church or nonprofit experience is a plus
  • Spanish language proficiency is a plus
