JAZZERCISE

 Fee 

The original aerobic exercise class, Jazzercise combines dance, strength training, yoga, Pilates and kickboxing movements into one fun and effective total body workout. When you love your workout, the results come easy.

JAZZERCISE PERSONAL TOUCH (PT)

Make it personal with these small group strength training workouts. Zero in on key muscle groups for max fatigue and calorie burn and learn how to train smarter. You’ll sculpt your arms, legs and core using exercise balls, weights, tubes and natural resistance.

MOVING IN FAITH

No Cost

This workout is movement to music, drawing from the traditions of martial arts and dance. This workout is done barefoot (shoes if needed) and conditions mind, body, heart and spirit.

This practice includes a monthly scripture and recovery focus, warmup, get moving, cool down, relaxation and prayer.

This community of women who choose movement is inspiring, and encouraging.

Our Adults 55+ exercise classes are some of the best in the community! Classes are taught by certified instructors in a non-bias and stress-free environment. Join us for muscle toning, strength training and stretching using hand weights, tubes and chairs. Modifications can be made for any fitness level. Please wear comfortable clothes and tennis shoes.

WOODLANDS TAI CHI

The Woodlands Tai Chi is a completely voluntary community of seniors and residents of Montgomery County. It is open to those who are interested in the exercise of mental and physical health. The goal is to offer seniors and residents of Montgomery County a productive and safe activity to help improve their bodies and minds.
